My Approach & Services
My clinical and life experiences have shown me that medicine is not as black and white as it’s taught in medical school, especially for women.
As women, we go through significant hormonal shifts throughout our lives. These changes impact our physical and mental health as well our quality of life. My mission is to help women navigate midlife by providing them a comprehensive approach to their hormonal and metabolic health.
My background in endocrinology, obesity medicine, and menopause care helps me find the best path forward to the healthiest version of you.
