The Details

All Initial Consultations must be conducted at an in-person visit, regardless of residency.

Follow-Ups are available in person to all established patients regardless of residency or via telehealth to established patients who are Washington state residents.

All out-of-state patients must be seen in person due to telehealth laws.

Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours prior to visits for a full refund. Visits cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will be refunded minus a $75 fee.
