The Details

All Initial Consultations and Follow-Ups are available in person to all patients regardless of residency or via telehealth to patients who are physically located in Washington state.

You will receive an invoice after scheduling. Payment must be completed in order to confirm the appointment. Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours prior to visits for a full refund. Visits cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment will be refunded minus a $75 fee.
